Knees

I am so annoyed that I'm feeling the urge to talk politics. I HATE politics and I HATE that the president is making a peaceful protest seem like a horrible injustice when the injustice is what inspired the protest in the first place. Americans have the freedom (at least they still do at the moment) of free speech, even if that free speech says something that makes a whole lot of people uncomfortable. I feel the same way about the pledge of allegiance. We all live here and are supposed to be able to believe freely. I don't think anyone should be forced to say anything they don't believe in. But that's all I'll say, because this whole issue just makes me so mad and sad. I see a president who wants to be a bully on the playground, and you simply can't reason with bullies. And I hear the veterans who feel disrespected by the players taking a knee, but they're not being disrespected at all. It's not ABOUT them at all. Aaaargh, I miss President Obama!
